Triethyl phosphate ( TEP) is colorless transparent liquid , melting point is -56.5°C, boiling point : 215~216°C, flash point is 115.5°C, reactive density : 1.0695(20°C) , refractive index : 1.4055(20 C), soluble in water , soluble in  organic solvent

 especially in alcohol, aether , benzenes.
